沸石转轮吸附浓缩+rto蓄热式氧化燃烧工艺

  预处理:该工段设计为三级干式过滤,依次为G4、F7、F9;主要功能去除颗粒物,防止堵塞沸石转轮的微细孔,从而影响吸附效果甚至失效。

  Preprocessing: This section is designed as a three-stage dry filtration system, consisting of G4, F7, and F9 in sequence; The main function is to remove particulate matter and prevent clogging of the micropores of the zeolite wheel, which may affect the adsorption effect or even cause failure.

  吸附:经过三级过滤后“不含颗粒物的有机废气”通过缓慢转动的沸石转轮后,VOCs被转轮吸附,经过净化后的气体通过引风机后排空,设计吸附率≥95%。

  Adsorption: After three stages of filtration, the organic waste gas without particulate matter passes through a slowly rotating zeolite wheel, and VOCs are adsorbed by the wheel. The purified gas is discharged through an induced draft fan, and the designed adsorption rate is ≥ 95%.

  脱附:在转轮吸附的同时,在脱附风机的作用下,引入冷却区及RTO高温腔混合后的气体,温度在180-220℃之间,对沸石转轮进行脱附。

  Desorption: At the same time as the adsorption of the zeolite wheel, the gas mixed in the cooling zone and RTO high-temperature chamber is introduced under the action of the desorption fan, with a temperature between 180-220 ℃, to desorb the zeolite wheel.

  吸附在沸石上的VOCs被加热后,由于高温脱附形成的高浓度、小风量有机废气被脱附风机送入RTO。

  After the VOCs adsorbed on the zeolite are heated, the high concentration and low air volume organic waste gas formed by high-temperature desorption is sent into the RTO by the desorption fan.

  氧化:脱附出来的高浓度、小风量的VOCs废气送到蓄热式焚烧炉RTO的炉膛进行高温焚烧。在760℃以上的温度环境下,停留时间大于1S以上的情况下,VOCs的破坏率可达99%以上。

  焚烧后净化的气体一小部分进行转轮的脱附,大部分高温气体与箱体内的蓄热陶瓷进行热交换,热回收效率可达95%。

  沸石转轮系统设备主要特点:废气处理系统必须具备自动启动、手动启动、超高温脱附等多种运行模式:自动启动模式:废气处理系统通过压力变送器等手段能自动实现处理系统与车间产生废气工序的实际排气总量配合,经人员现场确认启动后,系统能自动开启与车间送排风系统连锁运行。

  The main characteristics of the zeolite rotary system equipment are that the exhaust gas treatment system must have multiple operating modes such as automatic start, manual start, and ultra-high temperature desorption. Automatic start mode: The exhaust gas treatment system can automatically achieve the actual exhaust volume coordination between the treatment system and the workshop's exhaust gas process through pressure transmitters and other means. After on-site confirmation by personnel, the system can automatically start and operate in a chain with the workshop's air supply and exhaust system.

  手动模式:手动模式为各设备联锁允许下,可手动控制各设备启动和停止。

  Manual mode: The manual mode allows for manual control of the start and stop of each device, with the interlocking of each device.

  超高温脱附模式:系统运行一段时间后,可对浓缩设备进行清洁。开启超高温脱附模式时,系统将脱附风的温度加热至280~300℃,并对沸石转轮表面持续吹扫,将残留的高沸点VOCs汽化,达到清洁的目的。

  Ultra high temperature desorption mode: After running the system for a period of time, the concentration equipment can be cleaned. When the ultra-high temperature desorption mode is activated, the system heats the desorption air to a temperature of 280-300 ℃ and continuously blows the surface of the zeolite wheel to vaporize residual high boiling point VOCs, achieving the purpose of cleaning.

  废气处理系统可实现的功能如下:

  The functions that can be achieved by the exhaust gas treatment system are as follows:

  温度控制和记录:沸石转轮废气吸附前、后温度,脱附前、后温度,焚烧炉内的温度,焚烧炉出口温度,最终排气温度等信号进入PLC,可远程记录、存储和显示主控温度记录点。其中,脱附废气需保持在特定温度之间,设置温度在线监测仪,温度检测元件采用热电阻或热电偶传感器,上传PLC,信号经采集处理后输出模拟信号(4~20mA),控制混风箱、相应阀门等设备,实现温度自动控制。

  Temperature control and recording: The temperature before and after adsorption of zeolite turbine exhaust gas, the temperature before and after desorption, the temperature inside the incinerator, the outlet temperature of the incinerator, the final exhaust temperature and other signals enter the PLC, which can remotely record, store and display the main control temperature recording point. Among them, the desorption exhaust gas needs to be maintained between specific temperatures, and a temperature online monitoring device is set up. The temperature detection element uses a thermistor or thermocouple sensor, which is uploaded to the PLC. The signal is collected and processed to output an analog signal (4-20mA), which controls the mixing box, corresponding valves and other equipment to achieve automatic temperature control.

  压力控制和记录:焚烧炉内的压力,天然气压力,天然气助燃风压力以及天然气管路压力能够进行监测并自动控制,接入PLC部分数据会记录存储。当压力超出设定范围时,能够进行声光报警,并停止相应设备动作。

  Pressure control and recording: The pressure inside the incinerator, natural gas pressure, natural gas combustion air pressure, and natural gas pipeline pressure can be monitored and automatically controlled. The data connected to the PLC will be recorded and stored. When the pressure exceeds the set range, an audible and visual alarm can be triggered and the corresponding equipment action can be stopped.

  压差记录和报警:浓缩转轮前后需配置压差变送器,过滤器各级过滤之间需配置压差变送器,能实现压差过载时自动报警,能对各级压差显示和记录,其信号要求接入PLC。

  Differential pressure recording and alarm: Differential pressure transmitters need to be installed before and after the concentration wheel, and differential pressure transmitters need to be installed between each stage of the filter. They can automatically alarm when the differential pressure overload occurs, display and record the differential pressure at each stage, and their signals need to be connected to the PLC.

  转轮控制:转轮电机采用变频控制。

  Wheel control: The wheel motor adopts frequency conversion control.

  浓缩转轮速度在线监测,并对转轮安装接近开关,确保转轮速度控制在设定范围,当转轮转速达到设定限值时,系统立即发出报警信号。风机控制:

  风量及压力调整之风机电机采用变频器控制,变频器数量及参数随风机数量和功率确定。

  变频器均采用总线控制且配置简体中文操作面板。

  The frequency converter adopts bus control and is equipped with a simplified Chinese operation panel.

  各电机回路配有低压断路器(带过载保护,有反馈触点进PLC),对电机进行相应保护和切断控制。

  Each motor circuit is equipped with a low-voltage circuit breaker (with overload protection and feedback contacts into the PLC) to provide corresponding protection and cut-off control for the motor.

  所有风机运行、故障等信号实时显示,故障时声光报警。

  风阀执行器:

  Wind valve actuator:

  各电动风阀执行器电源为220VAC,气动风阀执行器气源为0.5~0.7Mpa;调节型阀门控制信号为4~20mA,开度上传PLC;开关型阀门开关状态上传PLC。

  The power supply of each electric air valve actuator is 220VAC, and the air source of the pneumatic air valve actuator is 0.5~0.7Mpa; The control signal of the regulating valve is 4-20mA, and the opening is uploaded to the PLC; Upload the switch status of the switch type valve to the PLC.

  电动风阀与送风机设有联锁,启动时先开电动风阀,再启动风机;关闭时相反。电动风阀能根据开启程度进行风量调节。

  The electric air valve is interlocked with the air supply fan. When starting, the electric air valve is opened first, and then the fan is started; When closed, it is the opposite. The electric air valve can adjust the air volume according to the degree of opening.

  风阀执行器可设置自动/手动模式,自动模式下开度受PLC控制,手动模式下通过执行器自带开关可对各风阀实现打开、关闭等操作,并能在阀门本地显示阀位状态。

  The air valve actuator can be set to automatic/manual mode. In automatic mode, the opening is controlled by PLC.   急停保护:

  控制柜设置急停按钮;急停按钮配置指示灯,指示急停按钮状态。急停按钮配双触点,用于I/O输入。

  当急停按钮按下时,切断系统内的设备控制回路及程序输出,并进行声光报警,同时将此急停信号上传PLC。
